DIRECTIONS

Gently apply using a cotton ball or pad, carefully wiping away makeup until your cotton comes up clean. If preferred, dispense product into wet hands. Gently massage over wet face. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with your cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Safe for use around your eye area to remove stubborn mascara and other eye makeup.

Makeup Remover Lotion

This is definitely more of a makeup removing lotion. It worked OK, took a few passes to completely remove my makeup, but I definitely felt like I needed to wash my face directly afterwards.
